You can start your online consultation through Dr. Kart's teleconsultation service and speak with a licensed doctor remotely.

The doctor will assess your condition during the consultation and provide appropriate medical advice and treatment where clinically appropriate.

Dr. Kart's online consultations are provided by licensed doctors.

The doctor will assess your symptoms and medical needs during the consultation and determine the appropriate course of care.

Yes. Online teleconsultation allows you to consult a licensed doctor remotely without travelling to a physical clinic, when your condition is suitable for teleconsultation.

If medication is clinically appropriate following your consultation, the doctor may prescribe medication where appropriate.

Prescribed medication can be arranged for delivery, subject to the applicable prescription, payment and delivery requirements.

Dr. Kart currently provides medication delivery with a target of approximately 1–2 hours after payment, subject to the correct delivery address, weather conditions, rider availability and other unforeseen circumstances.

A medical certificate may be issued when the doctor determines that it is medically appropriate following the consultation.

An MC is not automatically issued simply because it is requested. The decision is made by the attending doctor based on the medical assessment.

Medication availability depends on the medication stocked at the vending machine. If a prescribed medication is not available from the vending machine, we will arrange home delivery for you, subject to availability and delivery arrangements.
